The Journal of Business Management and Technology Advancement is committed to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and integrity throughout the editorial and publication process. The journal follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to identify, disclose, and appropriately manage conflicts of interest that may influence the conduct, review, or publication of research.
Authors, reviewers, editors, and Editorial Board members must disclose any financial, personal, academic, institutional, or professional relationships that could influence, or reasonably be perceived to influence, the objectivity of a manuscript or editorial decision. Authors must also disclose all sources of funding and describe the role of the funding organization, if any, in the design, conduct, analysis, or publication of the research.
Editors and reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest and, where a conflict exists, must recuse themselves from handling or reviewing the manuscript. The Editorial Office will assign the manuscript to an independent editor or reviewer to ensure an impartial and unbiased evaluation.
Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest may result in editorial action, including manuscript rejection, publication of a correction, expression of concern, or retraction, where appropriate. The journal reserves the right to request additional disclosures or supporting information at any stage of the editorial or publication process to ensure compliance with COPE and ICMJE guidance.
